SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — The village held Newcomers Day at the South Orange Public Library on Sunday, Sept. 23. This annual event celebrates all that South Orange offers its residents, whether they’re recent arrivals or have been in the community for decades, and provides both information and fun to the newest villagers.
